Executive Positions:

Assistant to Program Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

will combine duties of Esl instructor and Program Coordinator Assistant. 

As Assistant to Program Coordinator assist as needed to Program Coordinator in: monitoring professional development plans and activities; new instructor orientation; new qualified instructors’ search and interviewing process; curriculum development; instruction strategies; new teaching resources;

overseeing implementation of the curriculum in the classroom;  coordinating communication and planning among faculty; maintaining Test Bank and its electronic version; coordinating and reviewing the electronic exposure of the curriculum and related educational data on the school site 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachalor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; 1+ years related experience and/or training;  specialization in Applied Linguistics, TESOL, or related field is preferred. Demonstrated successful experience with development and delivery of short-term, customized self-supporting ESL oriented education programs Demonstrated proficiency with integrating technology into teaching. Demonstrated ability to develop and adapt classroom materials to meet diverse students’ needs, learning styles, and language skill levels. Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal, intercultural, team oriented communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Demonstrated excellence in organizational, time-management and leadership skills, including an ability to work independently, to be self-motivated and self-directed toward establishing and fulfilling specific organizational goals under intense time pressures. Ability to adapt quickly and be innovative through stressful circumstances and rapid change. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; to organize and process significant and varied workload demands with multiple interruptions, and to prioritize work load based on changing needs and expectations, and to manage multiple projects concurrently.

 
Faculty Positions:
Looking for a part-time ESL instructor
Qualifications:
a Bachelor Degree in Teaching ESL or a Foreign Language Degree, ESL classroom teaching experience and/or certification in ESL.
Experience teaching and working with adults and adult education programs.
Microsoft Office proficiency, ability to use technology within the classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
provide instruction for ESL classes, performing student assessments and placement, and assist in curriculum development, work with Director of Education/Program Coordinator in implementing the goals and activities of the program.
You do not have to be a native speaker of English, but must have a near-native command of English.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Preferred work hours are weekdays, 1:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

supports front desk; duties include assisting with phone calls, emails, and front desk reception; filing, data entry, help with mailings; tracking of documents into student files; other miscellaneous office jobs on an ad hoc basis, operates standard office equipment.

Qualifications: HS Diploma or equivalent; two to five years related experience and/or training in office work;
